Building a Foundation: Safe Practice with Props

If you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or dealing with stiffness, this is where you start. I use a variety of props like blocks, belts, and wheels to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and practice even challenging poses safely and effectively.

Deeper Dimensions: Breathwork & Cleansing Kriyas

Yoga is more than physical postures. I teach the authentic science of Pranayama (breath control) as described in ancient texts, and guide students through traditional Shatkarmas (cleansing techniques) to purify the body and prepare the mind for deeper states of meditation.
