I teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling for real-world self-defense and competition. We focus on mastering techniques like submissions, escapes, and positional control, because on the mat, technique always beats size and strength.
Striking Fundamentals: Boxing & Kickboxing
My striking classes cover everything from beginner kickboxing basics to advanced boxing combos. We drill everything: footwork, defense, counter-attacks, pad work, and heavy bag routines to build power and stamina.
Building Power: Strength & Conditioning
To be a good fighter, you need to be a great athlete. My strength and conditioning program focuses on functional power with exercises like deadlifts, power cleans, and pull-ups, always prioritizing correct form over ego.

We are not just a gym, we are a crew that pushes and supports each other every day. This is a look at our community, from tough training sessions and in-house competitions to just hanging out together.
Competition & Achievements
I prepare fighters for national level competitions like ADCC India and the All India Open. While winning medals is great, my focus is on the growth and journey of each competitor.
