For those ready to deepen their practice, I offer guidance in advanced asanas that build serious strength, balance, and focus. We work progressively on inversions like headstands, arm balances like crow pose, and other challenging postures in a supportive setting.
Flexibility & Deep Stretching
I focus on helping you safely increase your range of motion and release tension stored in the body. We work on flexibility for the hips, back, and legs through guided deep stretches, backbends, and forward folds, using props and hands-on adjustments.
Personal Training & Guided Adjustments
I offer personalized training at your home anywhere in Delhi or at my studio for a more tailored experience. My hands-on approach ensures you learn proper alignment, prevent injury, and progress safely toward your individual yoga goals.

I frequently lead yoga sessions and retreats in beautiful natural settings, from local parks in Delhi to spiritual places like Haridwar and Leh. Practicing outdoors helps deepen our connection to the earth and our own true nature.

Traditional Cleansing Kriyas
I teach authentic Hatha yoga Shatkarmas, or cleansing techniques, like Jala Neti (nasal cleansing with water). These ancient practices are designed to purify the body and mind, improving respiratory health and preparing you for deeper yoga practice.
Yoga for Everyone: All Ages & Levels
It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a child, my classes are a welcoming space for all. I adapt the practice to suit different body types, ages, and experience levels, ensuring everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga.
