Gym Strength & Conditioning
This is where we build the foundation for serious athletic performance. My programs focus on developing raw power with essential lifts like barbell squats and pull-ups, combined with high-intensity circuits to maximize your fitness. We also integrate stability and balance work using equipment like BOSU balls to create a resilient, injury-proof body.
Calisthenics & Bodyweight Mastery
This is about unlocking what your body is truly capable of, without relying on machines. We will progress through skills like handstands, the human flag, and planche variations to build incredible functional strength and control. These are challenging, rewarding workouts you can do anywhere.
On-Court Tennis Performance
As a professional player and coach, I bring my ITF tour experience directly to you. My coaching goes beyond just hitting balls; we work on match strategy, explosive footwork, and the specific physical conditioning required to dominate a match. We will sharpen every aspect of your game.
At-Home & Outdoor Training
Your fitness journey isn't confined to a gym. I specialize in creating effective routines you can do from the comfort of your home or in the great outdoors, which is perfect for a busy schedule. We use bodyweight exercises, portable equipment like parallettes, and fun challenges to keep you consistent.
The Athlete's Life
Training is my passion, but it's part of a bigger picture. I believe in setting ambitious goals like running marathons, celebrating achievements with the community, and embracing the journey of being a professional athlete. This is the 'work hard, play harder' philosophy in action.
