This is the first look at our annual karate gasshuku. It captures the essence of what we do: train hard, connect with nature, and grow together as a family. These moments showcase the unique blend of intense martial arts, mindful rejuvenation, and community spirit that defines our mountain retreat.
Intense Gasshuku Training
Our annual camp is a full immersion experience with over 10 hours of dedicated outdoor karate training. We practice everything from fundamental kata (forms) and dynamic kumite (sparring) to unconventional endurance drills that build true resilience and spirit.
Mind, Body, and Spirit in Nature
This is more than a camp; it is a martial arts mountain retreat designed to develop the whole person. We use the pristine natural environment for meditation and mindful practices that quiet the mind, rejuvenate the spirit, and deepen our connection to our training.
A Community of Karateka
The gasshuku is an exclusive event for Seido Karate members, strengthening our bonds as one karate family. We share challenges, laughter, and meals, creating a supportive community where students of all ages and ranks can learn from and inspire one another.
