This is where we put theory into practice. I supervise all sparring sessions to ensure safety while building real-world reflexes, confidence, and ring craft for both boys and girls.

Building Champions: Strength & Stamina

A boxer's power comes from the whole body, not just the arms. We build a strong foundation with a variety of drills including core workouts, bodyweight exercises, and cardio to improve overall fitness and endurance.

Boxing Fundamentals: Bag & Shadow Work

We drill the basics until they become second nature. This is where students perfect their punches, footwork, and combinations through shadow boxing and heavy bag training.

More Than a Gym: Outdoor & Team Drills

Training isn't confined to four walls. We take the workouts outdoors for running and agility drills, and build teamwork and spirit with fun activities like tug-of-war and handball.

Our Akhada: The Training Facility

We train at our dedicated setup in Noida Stadium. It is fully equipped with a boxing ring, punching bags, matted floors, and all the gear needed to train champions.
