Strength Training: Building Power

My approach focuses on building real, functional strength, whether at the gym or in your own home. We use a mix of free weights, barbells, and bodyweight exercises to build muscle, boost your metabolism, and make you feel unstoppable.

Outdoor & Bodyweight Workouts

You don't need any equipment to get a killer workout. I incorporate dynamic bodyweight exercises and cardio into our outdoor sessions, using the environment around us to build endurance and functional fitness.

Core & Abs Workouts

A strong core is the foundation of all movement. My targeted ab and core routines are designed not just for a toned stomach, but to improve your stability, posture, and overall strength in everything you do.

Yoga for Peace & Flexibility

For me, yoga is medicine for the mind and body. These sessions are my way of finding 'sukoon' (peace) and are essential for improving flexibility, aiding recovery, and building mental resilience.

Recovery & Proper Form

Working hard is only half the battle; recovering smart is just as important. Here I share essential techniques like foam rolling to ease muscle soreness and ensure you're always ready for the next challenge.

My Fitness Journey & Philosophy
