Yoga in Nature's Embrace

I believe in connecting with the elements. My outdoor sessions, often by lakes and in the mountains, are about finding your center and drawing energy from the world around you. We practice everything from powerful warrior poses to serene meditations in beautiful, natural settings.

Unique Yoga Practices

We keep our practice exciting by exploring different forms of yoga. In my online classes, you can experience the weightless freedom of Aerial Yoga using hammocks, the grounding stability of Danda Yoga with a staff, and advanced poses using wall support for deeper stretches.

Core Strength & Flexibility

My classes focus on building a strong and flexible body through a variety of asanas. We work on foundational flows like Surya Namaskar, deep stretches like Padahastasana, and challenging inversions to improve posture, tone muscles, and enhance overall physical wellness.

My Fitness Philosophy

For me, fitness is therapy for the mind, body, and soul. It's about self-discipline, pushing your limits, and finding your inner warrior. This is my personal journey and the philosophy I bring to every class.
