This is the first collection of visuals a user sees. It is designed to quickly communicate my expertise, my gentle approach, and the holistic nature of my yoga therapy practice.
My Personal Practice (Sadhana)
My daily sadhana is the foundation of my teaching. It is a quiet, reflective time where I connect with my body and breath, moving through the Ashtanga sequences not for perfection, but for presence and inner discovery.
Guided Practice & Support
I believe in a partnership with my students, offering hands-on adjustments and guidance tailored to your body's needs each day. Whether in a group setting or one-on-one, my focus is on creating a safe space for you to explore your practice.
Philosophy for Modern Life
Yoga is more than just physical postures; it is a rich philosophy for living. I share insights from classical texts like the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras, exploring concepts like meditation, mantra, and detachment to help integrate this ancient wisdom into our daily lives.
Nourishment for Body & Soul
A holistic practice extends beyond the mat to include how we nourish ourselves. I embrace mindful eating, preparing simple, high-prana foods, and observing practices like Ekadashi fasting for inner cleansing and spiritual upliftment.
My Lineage & Community (Parampara)
I am a dedicated student in the Ashtanga yoga parampara, authorized by my Guruji, Sharath Jois. My annual trips to Mysore are a form of tapasya, deepening my practice and connecting with the global community that upholds this sacred tradition.
