In the Ring: Sparring Sessions
This is where technique is tested and sharpened. We offer supervised sparring sessions in our full-size outdoor ring for clients who are ready to apply their skills in a controlled and safe environment.
One-on-One Coaching: Pad & Mitt Work
This is personal training at its core. We focus on perfecting your combinations, footwork, and defensive moves through intensive one-on-one pad and mitt work sessions with a coach.
Raw Strength & Conditioning
We build real-world strength outside the gym walls. Training includes sledgehammer slams, tire flips, outdoor sprints, skipping, and intense bodyweight drills to build functional power and endurance.
Building Power: Bag Work & Shadow Boxing
Develop raw punching power and stamina on the heavy bags. We also drill shadow boxing to improve your movement, speed, and form, with or without weights for added resistance.
