Inside the Dojo: Training & Techniques
This is where the journey happens. We focus on traditional Okinawan Goju-Ryu training, from mastering fundamental stances and strikes (Kihon) to learning the intricate forms (Kata) and their practical applications (Bunkai and Kumite).
Karate for All Ages
You are welcome here, whatever your age. We train kids as young as four, teens looking to channel their energy, and adults who know it’s never too late to start. Everyone grows at their own pace in our supportive dojo.
