Police & Defence Force Training

We offer a complete training program for aspirants looking to join the Maharashtra Police and other defence forces. Our curriculum is designed to cover all physical tests, including 1600m and 100m runs and shot put, with specialized drills to improve performance, endurance, and technique under the guidance of an international athlete.

Youth Athletic Development (Ages 4+)

We make fitness engaging and effective for children starting from age 4. Our program focuses on fundamental athletic skills like running, jumping, and throwing, while also developing agility, balance, and coordination. We aim to build resilience and focus, turning screen time into green time.

Specialized Kabaddi Coaching

Our professional Kabaddi training program is designed for school children and aspiring players in Navi Mumbai. Led by an international athlete and NS-NIS certified coach, we focus on developing the specific skills, agility, and strength needed to excel in this traditional yet globally recognized sport.

Track & Field: Sprints and Running

Our sprint and running programs are designed to build elite speed and endurance. We use a scientific approach, focusing on technical aspects like starting block clearance, running form, and stride length, with drills tailored for 100m, 200m, 400m, and long-distance events.

Track & Field: Jumping Excellence

We offer specialized coaching for all jumping events, including long jump, high jump, and triple jump. Our training focuses on developing the key components of a successful jump: the approach run, the takeoff, in-air technique, and a safe landing, using a variety of drills to build explosive power and precision.

Track & Field: Throwing Power

Our coaching for throwing events like shot put and javelin focuses on mastering technique to generate maximum power and distance. We provide personalized guidance on grips, footwork, and body mechanics, including both the glide and rotational methods for shot put, to suit each athlete's unique physique.

Strength, Agility & Conditioning

This is the engine room of our academy, where we build the physical foundation for athletic success. Our programs are tailored for various sports and focus on developing explosive power, speed, balance, and injury prevention through drills like plyometrics, sandpit exercises, and agility ladders.

Recovery & Injury Rehabilitation

An athlete's journey includes setbacks, but injuries don't have to be the end. Our NS-NIS certified team specializes in post-injury rehab and recovery, using targeted stretches, sports massage, and customized workouts to help you return to your sport safely and stronger than before.
