This is the first impression of my work, a curated selection that introduces the core tenets of my design philosophy. Each image is a glimpse into a unique spatial narrative, showcasing a range of atmospheres from the dramatically moody to the serenely minimalist. This collection represents the dialogue between material, light, and form that defines every space I author.
Atmospheric Hospitality: Restaurants & Bars
I design dining and bar spaces as immersive narratives, where light, texture, and proportion converge to create a distinct atmosphere. Each project, from moody speakeasies like LAIR to vibrant cultural dialogues like BANNG, is a carefully orchestrated experience designed to be remembered.
Serene Spaces: Cafes & Wellness Studios
For cafes and wellness centers, my focus is on creating an atmosphere of calm and clarity through a restrained material palette and a deep understanding of light. These spaces, like BeWell, QBF Coffee, and the garden pods of Tubu, are designed as sanctuaries for pause, work, and rejuvenation.
Sartorial Spaces: Brand-Centric Retail
I translate a brand's identity into a three-dimensional, spatial story, creating retail environments that are both a gallery and a sanctum. The House of Masaba flagship is an example of this approach, where the architecture becomes a seamless extension of the couture it houses, fusing Indian maximalism with a modern, sculptural sensibility.
Residential Narratives: Explorations in Form & Material
While my focus is commercial, I author residential stories that explore the fundamental interplay of form, material, and light. Projects like the House of Gond, the Elgin Cafe, and the House Around the Oblique Column serve as laboratories for architectural ideas that inform my entire practice, showcasing a mastery of both maximalist tradition and minimalist brutalism.
Recognition & Press
My work is a continuous dialogue with the design community, recognized by leading publications and awards for its contribution to architectural discourse. This is a testament to my commitment to authoring spatial narratives that are not only functional and beautiful but also culturally and intellectually resonant.
