RCA T-10 Premier League

I believe real match practice is essential for growth. That's why I organize our own RCA T-10 Premier League, giving players from Under-14 to the Senior level a platform to test their skills, handle pressure, and learn what it takes to perform when it counts. We celebrate every achievement, recognizing the best batsmen, bowlers, fielders, and players of the tournament.

Batting Masterclass

We break down every aspect of batting, starting from the fundamentals like the V-grip, stance, and backlift. I use detailed video analysis and specific drills for every shot, from the cover drive to the pull shot, to correct flaws and build a solid, reliable technique. The goal is to help you understand your own game so you can play with confidence.

The Art of Bowling

Whether you are an aspiring fast bowler or a crafty spinner, we provide specialized coaching to master your craft. We focus on building a repeatable action, improving accuracy, and developing variations. Our modules cover everything from seam position and wrist action for pacers to different grips for off-spin, leg-spin, and left-arm spinners.

Fielding & Agility Drills

Fielding wins matches, and we take it very seriously. Our training includes specialized drills using cones and other equipment to improve agility, reflexes, and ground fielding. We focus on the correct techniques for high catches, slip catching, and quick throws from the boundary to save every possible run.

Our academy in Navi Mumbai is equipped with a full ground, along with both turf and clay nets to prepare for all conditions. We have invested in high-quality floodlights, which means your training doesn't stop when the sun goes down. Our flexible batches in the morning, afternoon, and evening ensure you can practice whenever it suits you.

Match Day Action

We believe in playing for improvement, not just for show. Our players get regular match practice on a full ground, allowing them to experience real game scenarios, build partnerships, and learn to handle the pressures of a live match. This is where they learn to back themselves and apply the skills they've honed in the nets.

For those who are serious about a career in cricket, we provide clear pathways to the next level. We regularly host selection trials for corporate teams and have connections with MCA clubs. Our academy has also been a training ground for professional players, including those in the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL).
