The Executive North-Indian Buffet
Menu Composition
- Welcome Drinks: 2 fresh varieties like Mint Mojito and Iced Tea served in tall glasses.
- Starters: 4 varieties (2 Veg, 2 Non-Veg) featuring North Indian staples like Paneer Tikka and Chicken Malai Tikka.
- Salad Station: 3 composed salads plus a dedicated Green Salad, Raita, Papad, and Pickle station.
- Main Course: 2 Veg Mains (Seasonal Sabzi + Paneer Gravy) and 2 Non-Veg Mains (Butter Chicken/Mutton Rogan Josh + Dry Chicken).
- Staples: Signature Dal Makhani, Jeera or Biryani Rice, and live assorted Indian Breads (Naan/Roti/Paratha).
- Desserts: 1 Hot Indian dessert (Gulab Jamun/Jalebi) and 1 Cold dessert (Ice Cream/Mousse).
