This is where we build the engine. My programs focus on cricket-specific strength, developing rotational power for batting and bowling, and explosive force for sprinting. We use a mix of compound lifts, plyometrics, and targeted exercises to make you stronger and more powerful on the field.

On-Field Performance: Speed & Agility

Speed wins matches. I break down running mechanics to improve acceleration and top-end speed, using drills with ladders, cones, and hurdles to enhance footwork and change-of-direction ability. This is how we translate gym strength into game-day quickness for running between wickets and sharp fielding.
