This is where we build lean muscle and boost your metabolism. I guide you through targeted exercises using dumbbells, weight plates, and kettlebells to help you achieve your goals, whether it's toned arms, strong legs, or a powerful core.

Functional & CrossFit Style Workouts

I love mixing things up with high-intensity functional training. We use battle ropes, tires, and your own bodyweight for dynamic, full-body workouts that improve your real-world strength and endurance.

Core, Abs & Floor Workouts

A strong core is the foundation of all fitness. These sessions focus on mat-based exercises to strengthen your abs, back, and glutes, improving posture and overall stability. We do everything from crunches to planks and partner drills.

Cardio & Machine Zone

Get your heart rate up with our dedicated cardio options. I incorporate treadmill running and stationary cycling into our routines to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular health.
