I know how it feels to be worn out, to crave a real break that’s not about running away but coming back to yourself. My retreats are all about slowing down, dropping the mask, and letting yourself just be. No need to impress anyone here. If you’re feeling stuck or just need a long exhale, these spaces are for you.

What Happens Here

Every retreat is a bit different, but you’ll always find:

  • Mindful movement practices like Acro Yoga, Aqua Yoga, and slow Yin sessions. We move in ways that feel good, not forced.
  • Tools for deep rest and letting go: Breathwork, sound baths, Yoga Nidra, and dynamic meditation help your nervous system reset.
  • Restorative group ceremonies: we gather for cacao, fire rituals, and intention-setting with journaling. These moments connect us beyond small talk.
  • Food is a big deal – always nourishing, often farm-to-plate or with an Ayurvedic twist.

Retreats For Different Needs

I host women’s wellness spaces (especially for ages 35-50), all-gender soft resets, and Ayurvedic wellness journeys. Each one is designed for wherever you are on your path.

We meet in places that ground you - think boutique farm stays in Coorg, luxury tents near Bangalore, or wild oceanfront in the Andamans. I pick spots where you can actually hear yourself think.

My Story

First retreat, I was shaking – scared, excited, all of it. I kept asking myself, yaar, will anyone even show up? Turns out, it wasn’t just about me. Sitting in that closing circle, sharing silence and stories, I realised it’s about holding space for people to just be, no masks. I’m Ashrita. I travel, dive, walk farms, chase sunsets. Healing isn’t fancy – it’s feeling safe enough to let go, breathe, and arrive. That’s the real magic I want to pass on.

My Work

Holistic Wellness Sessions - I offer private and group Yoga (Aqua, Acro, Aerial, Yin, Vinyasa), sound bath meditation, bodywork, meditation, and Ayurvedic wellness retreats.

Come As You Are - No pressure here. You’re tired, burnt out, or just curious – show up as you are, and we’ll reset together.

For All Levels - Never done yoga? Doesn’t matter. We move, float, play, rest – whatever your body needs, I’ll guide you.
