About

I built this café because I wanted to bring a bit of Paris to Bangalore. For me, food is personal—it’s memory, comfort, and art all at once. Since 2018, I’ve tried to make every visit feel like a warm hug, whether it’s the first coffee of the day or a late dinner with friends.

My café is meant to be your go-to, whether you’re looking for a cozy brunch spot or winding down at night. Mornings are calm—think soft lighting, floral corners, and those flaky almond croissants everyone talks about. By evening, the place transforms, with a steakhouse evening dining menu for when you want something more special.

What’s on the Table

The all-day breakfast menu is always ready—shakshouka made with fresh, ethically sourced eggs, sky-high pancakes, buttery French toast, or classic avocado toast. If you’re in the mood for more, there’s everything from gourmet burgers to tangy arrabiata pasta and even a mustard lamb pizza. And yes, I take my coffee very seriously (beans from Seven Beans Coffee Company), plus coolers and hot chocolate for when you want to switch it up.

Details That Matter

I work with local partners for farm-fresh ingredients café style—like eggs from Kegg Farms and veggies from Farm Theory. I’m ZED certified, so I’m all about quality, not shortcuts.

My Story

Hey, I’m Zed The Baker. Started out in 2018 with a wild idea - bring Paris vibes right into Bengaluru. Flour on my hands, butter in my hair, just mixing up classic European baking with our city’s energy. We grew from a tiny bakery to a buzzing café, now even flipping steaks at night in Indiranagar. For me, it’s all about that first bite, warm chat, and a little bit of magic in every pastry.

My Work

Artisan Bakery & Café - We bake Parisian croissants, cheesecakes, handcrafted macarons, and artisanal celebration cakes. Full café menu too.

All Day Dining & Steaks - Breakfast, burgers, pasta, and at night, Indiranagar turns into a steakhouse. Always something new on the grill.

Seasonal Specials - Watch out for our summer mango desserts and limited-edition Dream Cakes. We like to keep things fresh.

Events & Catering - Private parties or office events, we bring the Zed experience to you. Food, drinks, and good vibes all sorted.
