How My Yoga Therapy Works

We create a partnership. I don’t run cookie-cutter classes. We use yoga postures, meditation, and breathwork to help with your unique health goals. If you’re struggling with pain, stress, or just want more emotional steadiness, your practice will be tailored for you. I like to say - your mat, your rules.

What to Expect

  • I start by listening to your story and understanding your lifestyle, then build a personalized yoga therapy plan.
  • Breathwork (pranayama for anxiety relief) is a huge focus. Your breath leads the way.
  • Props like blocks or yoga wheels aren’t cheating - they make things safer and more accessible, whether you’re stiff or super bendy.
  • We go beyond poses: I guide you through yogic kriyas for detox and self-reflection, so your mind gets as much care as your body.

My Story

Hey, I’m Suhani. My mat’s seen every shade of me—sometimes in the mountains, sometimes by Bali’s waves, sometimes just in my living room with two boys crawling over me. Motherhood and yoga, both messy and magical. Practice gets paused for questions or chants, but we show up, imperfect and real. I blend travel, yoga, and being a mom, finding my own strength and softness in the chaos. Moms, we don’t stop dreaming. We just dream with full hands.

My Work

Yoga Therapy & Classes - I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, and pre and post natal yoga classes online, all levels welcome.

Yoga Retreats - I host immersive Bali yoga retreat and wellness getaways for deeper practice and relaxation.

How I Teach - We focus on breath, intention, and Kaizen yoga philosophy—progress, not perfection.

Who Can Join - Anyone wanting to reconnect with body and mind, especially moms. Grow, flow, and just be.
