I see yoga therapy as an inner journey, not a quick fix. My sessions are all about meeting you where you are - tired, strong, stressed, hopeful. The only thing I ask is that you show up as yourself.
We create a partnership. I don’t run cookie-cutter classes. We use yoga postures, meditation, and breathwork to help with your unique health goals. If you’re struggling with pain, stress, or just want more emotional steadiness, your practice will be tailored for you. I like to say - your mat, your rules.
If you want to manage stress, improve posture, build strength, or just find some calm, this is for you. Mothers especially - I know the juggle! Yoga helped me through postnatal recovery and finding peace even with little ones running around.
