Yoga isn't just what I do, it's who I am. I see it as a way to heal inside out - not just for the body, but for the mind too. Every asana feels like a prayer for me, and I like helping others find their own calm and strength through real, traditional yoga.
Yoga Therapy is not your usual group class. It's all about you. I use my training (Master's in Yoga & Consciousness, plus mental health work at NIMHANS) to shape each session to fit your body and your needs. This is about finding what works for your actual life, not forcing you into some generic routine.
I've learnt from spiritual gurus and follow an authentic Vedic path. My sessions are grounded, real, and focused on using this ancient knowledge to help you heal and feel better every day.

Easy Yoga for Seniors - I run gentle yoga sessions online, especially for older adults who want to stay healthy.
