For me, yoga isn’t just about moving the body - it’s about tuning in. I treat every class like a chance to work on myself from the inside out. My yoga mat is my temple, and each asana is like a little prayer for the day. The goal? Feeling calmer, lighter, and a bit more like myself after every session.

What Happens in a Group Class

  • Sessions are live and online, so you can join from home, no fuss.
  • We start with simple asanas, like Suryanamaskara, going step by step. I’m big on correct alignment but I’ll always show you easier options if something feels tough.
  • Pranayama and guided meditation online is a must. We use breathwork to chill out, loosen up, and get that mind to just hush for a bit.
  • Each class ends with proper relaxation, and I keep things easy to follow - nothing too fancy or intimidating.

I blend science and tradition. With an M.Sc in Yoga and Consciousness and a mental health certification, I use both old-school wisdom and new research. My classes are always about kindness, not competition.

My Story

Namaste. I’m Yogini Tejaswini. My yoga path started as a dream, and now it’s just life for me. Studied deep at S-VYASA, got my M.Sc on Swami Vivekananda’s jayanti – felt like a sign, you know? My practice is all about Vedic roots, blessings from my gurus, and lots of retreats. Yoga for me isn’t just stretching – it’s a ‘work-in’. Sitting quiet, meditating, finding that healing space. That’s what I want to share.

Yoga Therapy & Spiritual Healing - I offer online yoga therapy for individuals, group classes, and mindfulness meditation workshops.

Body Training, Mind Healing - My approach is rooted in authentic Vedic yoga and focuses on healing from inside, not just poses.

Easy Yoga for Seniors - I run gentle yoga sessions online, especially for older adults who want to stay healthy.
