Yoga starts now – that’s always been my truth. For me, it’s not about nailing every asana. It’s about showing up for yourself and letting practice be your teacher. Thirty years in, I’m here to guide, not dictate. I want you to explore your strength, softness, and find what feels real in your body.

What I Offer

You’ll find daily yoga classes and deeper workshops with me, both in Mysore at my home studio or online. No matter if you’re new to the mat or an old hand, there’s space for you here.

  • Hatha yoga for beginners, the bedrock of my teaching. We ground, breathe, and focus on simple discipline.
  • Iyengar alignment workshop style for those who want to use props and get into the details of every posture.
  • Ashtanga for those chasing heat, energy, and a set rhythm.
  • Yin and Restorative yoga for stress relief — long holds, lots of props, deep rest.
  • Kundalini Tantra for breath and energy work, if you’re curious about self-awareness.
  • Kalari-inspired movement training pops up in classes too, bringing traditional Indian martial arts for strength and grace.

My Teaching Style

I keep it traditional but practical. Props are part of the journey – not a shortcut! I give hands-on help for alignment and always look out for your safety. We use breathwork and mindfulness in every class. Everybody’s different, and so is every practice. You’ll always find a welcoming space, no matter your level.

My Story

Namaste, I’m B Srinatha. Thirty years on the mat, and still loving every bit. My beard’s gone grey, folks call me ‘Sir’—but don’t let that fool you. My shala in Mysore is a riot of dancers, artists, wild souls from everywhere. We laugh, we fall, we get up. Yoga for me? Not just asanas. It’s daily dincharya, singing bowls, Mudgar swings, and watching my students shine. Seeing them become teachers, that’s my real joy.

My Work

Yoga & Wellness Training - I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Aerial, Wheel & Chair Yoga, Pranayama, and Mudgar strength training.

Classes for Everyone - Beginner or pro, all are welcome. I use props, give variations, and meet you where you are.

Iyengar Alignment Focus - We get deep into Iyengar alignment techniques, using support for safe, strong, smart practice.
