This isn’t some fitness-only thing. It’s about healing, finding mind-body balance, and making ancient wisdom work in today’s world. My style mixes tradition with modern tools, always adapting to what you need right now.

Classes happen at my Mysore center - it’s chill, hands-on, and totally focused on helping you build real skills for self-care and natural healing. Here, it’s all about progress, not perfection.
