But I conceived naturally at 42, had an unmedicated pregnancy, and a strong recovery—all because my practice adapted to what I needed at every step. Now, I teach yoga the same way: not rigid, but supportive for wherever you are on your motherhood journey.
I teach mostly online, so you can join from anywhere. My classes are a mix of Iyengar alignment and real-life empathy—no pressure to “bounce back,” just space to move, heal, and feel a little more like yourself again.
