Yoga, for me, is about real change - not just poses but feeling cared for, seen, and safe. My practice shifted a lot during pregnancy, and I learnt how much it helps to have guidance that feels loving and real. My dharma is to help you connect with your body and mind honestly, without any show-shaa (pretence).

Props aren't shortcuts. In my classes, we use stuff like chairs, blocks, belts, and bolsters. These props are like patient teachers - they give us feedback, make things safer, and let you feel each pose with more clarity. Even if you’re stiff, injured, or just starting, you’ll find the practice more accessible and precise.

My Story

There’s this old photo of me—before yoga, before 'Beyond Asanas', before I really knew myself. I lost weight, wrote my book, and built my yoga life from scratch. Motherhood changed me, didn’t erase me. Nights out with friends remind me I’m still me, just deeper. My yoga shifted too—no going back, just moving forward. I’m more intuitive now, stronger in new ways. My handstands are better, my dharma is clearer: be real, be kind.
