I make sure my prenatal yoga sessions are relaxed, welcoming, and never intimidating. We keep things simple and practical - no fancy poses you can’t do with a baby bump! I believe every pregnancy is different, so we work with what feels good for your body each day.

How We Move & Breathe

We do gentle flows that help with those aches and pains (especially yoga for pregnancy back pain). I teach moves that strengthen your legs, back, and pelvic floor, and we try easy hip-openers to get your body ready for birth. Breathing exercises for pregnant women are a big part of what I do - they really help you feel steady, less anxious, and more in control when things get overwhelming.

Mind & Body Connection

Pregnancy can be a bit much sometimes - your mind races, your body feels weird. I guide you through simple mindfulness during pregnancy, so you get a chance to slow down and actually enjoy the experience. We take time to connect with your baby, and just notice how you’re feeling.

My Story

Vriksasana, the tree pose, always reminds me of my early yoga days. I’m not chasing medals here—yoga’s about balance, focus, and standing firm in what matters. I love mixing handstands with backbends, flipping my view upside down—sometimes you just need that shift. Some days, I’m chilling on Mother Nature’s lap, feeling lucky. Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. Pause, breathe, enjoy your breath. Sending good vibes to all my peeps.

My Work

Yoga classes for all levels - I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow for beginners, and prenatal yoga classes. Pranayama is always part of the mix.
