Mindfulness is about paying attention to how you feel, even on messy days. You learn something every time you show up, even if it’s just noticing how distracted you are.
I guide you through mindful stress reduction and meditation, not just as routines but as a way to understand why these ancient methods actually help. We’ll dig into the philosophy behind things like dhyana (meditation) and pranayama (breathwork). I break down stuff like the OM chant, its meaning, and why it matters - so you’re not just repeating words, you get it.
We practice yogic breathwork techniques like Nadi Shodhana. It’s easy, but it really calms the nervous system, helps you focus, and balances everything out. I show you how to use breath awareness exercises to anchor yourself when life gets wild.
Some days old stuff pops up and you think, ‘Arre yaar, thought I was done with this!’ (Oh man, thought I was done with this). It’s normal. The journey’s about being kind to yourself and moving forward bit by bit. No pressure to be perfect - just show up as you are.
