Yoga is about how you feel, not just how you look in a pose. My classes change with the day—sometimes calm, sometimes a bit overwhelming, always honest. I see yoga as a chat with your body. Some days it listens, some days it complains, but we always breathe and keep going.

What to Expect in My Classes

I mix things up with different styles because, let's be real, one style doesn't work for everyone. Here’s what you might find:

  • Vinyasa flow yoga sessions and Ashtanga-inspired moves for energy and focus. Think moving meditation, where the breath leads and the body follows.
  • Iyengar-inspired practice with props—like ropes and a yoga wall—to help with spinal decompression and give that extra support if you’ve got back pain or need some therapeutic yoga practice.
  • Partner yoga classes and a bit of AcroYoga for those days when you want to laugh, trust, and maybe wobble a little. These sessions are about play, connection, and letting go.

My Yoga Journey With You

I’ve handled injuries, tough days, and mind noise through yoga. Still learning, still forgetting, sometimes even marete hogidde (I had almost forgotten) the magic till I teach again. No perfection here—just practice, feeling, and showing up.

My Story

Hey, I’m Rakshith. My childhood was all runny nose and clogged nostrils, but Jala néti on Sundays changed the game. My body’s been through injuries - shoulder popping out, ligament tear - but muscle memory is wild, you know? Gokarna trip made me rethink beaches. Now I’m just letting go, moving with my breath, and loving those crisp mornings under green trees, doing yoga. Feels kinda magical, honestly.
