My Story

Eight years and still flipping! When we started Tots N Teens Gym, we just wanted everyone to try gymnastics - not just the pros. Some days, we love conditioning, some days, not so much (uff, legs hurt!). We’re ex-national gymnasts who turned coaches, and for us, it’s about more than cartwheels - it’s about confidence, character, and finding your groove. Our place? Feels like home, whether you’re a tiny tot, a grown-up, or just a parent chilling with chai.

My Work

Classes for All Ages - We offer recreational gymnastics classes for kids, competitive gymnastics coaching, and adult beginner gymnastics batches.

Holistic Training Approach - Our NIS certified coaches focus on building skills, character, and confidence. Parents get regular feedback too.

Gymnastics Center in Kudlu Gate - Full-fledged gym with FIG certified equipment, CCTV, and comfy parent waiting area with Wi-Fi.

Competitions & Progress - We train competitive students for events, do regular assessments, and run our Level Up Certification program.

Summer Gymnastics Camp - Join our super fun summer gymnastics camp—perfect for kids looking to try something new!
