Movement has always been my thing. Fitness isn’t about shortcuts or hacks - it’s about showing up, doing the work, and letting that journey transform you. For me, the biggest flex is real health, and I want you to feel that too.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Your goals, your lifestyle, your starting point - everything matters. I build a personalized triathlon training plan around you. We mix up indoor and outdoor sessions for swim, bike, and run, always chasing better form and real progress.
When you train with me, you get access to some legends. Olympian Nisha Millet brings her swimming magic. National cyclist Naveen Raj and NLP expert Ankush Sharma help you crush the bike, both physically and mentally.
Sometimes you need to go all in. My triathlon camps (max 15 athletes) are deep dives where we train on actual race routes, hone in on swim-bike-run efficiency, practice transitions, and get unfiltered feedback. We even prep for biggies like Ironman triathlon preparation.
