About

At Thunder Martial Arts, I keep it simple - no flashy moves, just real-world self-defense. Students call me Anna, and I make sure nobody leaves my workshops with only theory. Everything I teach is tested in real fights and works under pressure.

Our Approach

  • My workshops use Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These are what my fighters use when the stakes are high.
  • No textbook kata or "movie stunts" - just practical martial arts for safety. I focus on skills that help you stay safe, not just look good.

Who Can Join

  • School and college students: I run large group programs like RAKSHANE (Protection), especially for self-defense for women workshops.
  • Corporate teams: Our corporate self-defense training is all about building confidence and keeping your team secure.
  • Families and individuals: Men, women, and kids - everyone’s welcome at our Vidyaranyapura gym. You can join group self-defense classes or go for one-on-one sessions if you want more focus.

What You’ll Learn

  • Proper punching, kicking, and striking with knees and elbows.
  • How to escape grabs, holds, and what to do if things go to the ground.
  • Conditioning drills to build strength and stamina so you don’t freeze when it matters.

My Story

People call me Coach or Kru, but Anna is what I cherish most. Thunder Martial Arts in Vidyaranyapura feels more like home than a gym. We’re all sweat, heart, and Kannada pride here. Never give up – that’s my mantra. Medals? Yeah, we’ve got plenty, from Rajyotsava Cup to WAKO tournaments. But honestly, watching someone’s confidence bloom, seeing their hand raised after a tough fight, that’s the real win. Kannadave Satya, Kannadave Nitya. We fight with that spirit.
