I don’t do ordinary. Here, you’re not just burning calories, you’re training like a fighter - but you don’t need to get into a ring. I use high intensity martial arts workouts that I use with my own champion trainees, but you don’t need any experience. Just the will to show up and push yourself.
We mix combat sports fitness training with old-school strength moves. Expect:
You’ll sweat, you’ll probably curse me a bit, but you’ll see results. Everyone calls me Anna (‘big brother’), because we’re like family here. We cheer, laugh, sometimes compete - but we never let each other quit.
Anyone who wants to ditch boring gyms and actually get strong. Men, women, kids - all fitness levels. If you want discipline, not just weight loss, you’ll fit right in.
Group fitness for weight loss with all the Thunder energy, or one-on-one sessions just for your goals. We train every day, mornings and evenings. Show up, bring your heart - I’ll take care of the rest.
