I’m all about quality over quantity. For me, it’s not about racking up reps or chasing heavier weights. It’s about moving with control, keeping your body in the right alignment, and really focusing on those little muscles you probably didn’t even know you had. I talk about neutral spine a lot - that’s because it protects you, keeps you pain-free, and makes your movement efficient. I want you to get strong from the inside out, not just look fit.
Every session is a full-body thing - I mix up mat Pilates basics, Reformer Pilates classes, and sometimes other equipment like the Cadillac or Stability Chair. We’ll focus on breath, control, and getting every muscle to work together. If you want extra attention, I love doing one-on-one sessions where we can really zone in on your goals and technique.
Literally everyone. I train total beginners, athletes looking for an edge, and people using Pilates for back pain relief or injury rehab. I tweak everything based on what your body needs - whether that’s posture correction exercises, building core strength, managing pain, or just moving better day-to-day. If you have specific health stuff going on, like PCOS or menopause, I can help tailor things for that too.
The changes you see aren’t just about muscle definition. You’ll move better, feel lighter, stand taller, and probably notice you’re less stressed too. Pilates is as much about your mind as your body, and honestly, after a few sessions, you’ll feel that shift.
