At Lupa, a bar program isn't just about what’s on the menu - it's about the whole vibe. We’re always messing around with flavours, mixing old-school cocktails and new tricks like fat-washing or clarification. Our menus look more like a scrapbook than a drinks list - every page has a story, every ingredient has a reason.
Ever tried a Tableside Martini? Bengaluru’s first, and it’s a whole mood. I show up at your table, make your drink with our house-made vermouth and pop in those bright Sicilian lemons. You pick your bitters - cacao, walnut, orange, or coffee. Midway, I’ll swap your glass for a frozen one so your martini stays icy. That’s our thing.
The cocktail lab is where I get restless. I switch up menus for every season - autumn gets ‘A Season in Sepia’, Christmas and Valentine’s get their own spreads. You might catch a peanut butter-washed Tequila brunch cocktail or a clear-as-day Piña Colada. For big events like Negroni Week, I go wild with Pantone-inspired drinks. I also team up with brands for tasting nights - think Godawan or Johnnie Walker.
There’s an underground wine cellar - literally. 12 seats, climate-controlled, tucked away. I pull bottles from Bordeaux, Tuscany, Penfolds in Australia, and host ‘In Vino Veritas’ dinners. Meet winemakers, try wild pairings, and just soak in the good vibes.
The heart of Lupa is our crowd. Friday ‘SWITCH’ nights are all about live bands, DJs, and the energy. Our bar deck is where people come together, try new drinks, and just chill. You’ll always find something different to sip, and someone to share it with.
