Pick Your Energy

All our classes are led by certified trainers and everyone's welcome, no matter how fit you feel right now.

  • Love to dance? Our Zumba group sessions and Bolly Aerobics will make you forget you’re working out. Expect sakkat (awesome) beats and lots of smiles.
  • Want to chill and get stronger? Beginner-friendly yoga classes focus on asanas, balance, and listening to your body. There's always help with form if you need it.
  • Looking for a challenge? Our HIIT fitness community meets for STRONG NATION™ every Tuesday evening and Thursday morning. Just bring your mat and shoes, and get ready to sweat with music that keeps you moving.

Community Is Everything

I truly believe "friends who sweat jothege (together) become stronger." We’ve got all ages and fitness levels, and there’s always someone cheering you on. Sometimes, we even throw fitness parties because, honestly, working out is better with friends.

The Space

We train in a clean, modern studio with mirrors and a stage, so everyone can see and follow along easily. No intimidation, just motivation.

Quick Note

For HIIT, get your own shoes and mat, so you’re comfy. Everything else? Just bring your energy and yourself.

My Story

We’re The Fit Nation, not just another gym in RT Nagar. Our thing? Turning workouts into a real family scene. Challenges, Bring a Friend days, and those Bolly Aerobics and Zumba classes – people just let loose and dance! Mr. Asia, Arshad Muhammed, keeps us all on track. And yeah, we’re proud Kannadigas – ‘Ellaru iru entaadaru iru, endendiguu nii kannadavaagiru’ (wherever, however, always be a Kannadiga). That’s how we roll here.
