Honestly, regular gyms bore us too. Boriyat ho jaati hai (it gets boring). We wanted a place that felt alive, not four walls with stale air. So, we train outdoors in open, green spaces – our 'Dugouts'. You’ll find us on turf or sandpits, moving freely, not stuck on machines.

Our Approach: Desi, Not Outdated

We’re big on Indian functional strength training. Ancient tools like the Gada and Mudgar aren't just for show – they build real, usable strength. People ask if this stuff is outdated. Nahi bhai, it's timeless. Our PRAHAAR program mixes these tools with some modern science for movement-based strength programs that actually help you in daily life.

What to Expect

  • Every session is coach-led, with a proper warm-up, dynamic circuit, and cool-down
  • We use the Samtola (wooden barbell), battle ropes, and bodyweight drills – no fancy machines
  • Focus is on form, not maxing out weight. Our coaches keep an eye on you
  • Sessions are always different – sometimes HIIT, sometimes partner drills, always fun

My Story

Log bolte hain, 'Kyun Gada, kyun Mudgar?' For me, it was personal - I had 70% paralysis in my hand. Doctors said what they had to, but I went back to our roots. Gada training brought me back, pura strength, full movement. Tab samajh aaya, yeh purani cheez nahi, timeless hai. Humne Tagda Raho shuru kiya - not to invent, bas yaad dilane ke liye. Pehle do students the, ab army train kar rahe hain. Our tribe climbs Everest, breaks marathon records, finds pain relief. Yeh sirf workout nahi, movement hai. Tagda Raho.
