I started The Swingers Dance with one simple idea - dance should feel like home. For me, it’s not about nailing every step. It’s about moving to the music, letting go, and finding joy in the moment. You’ll see all kinds of people in our classes - no judgments, no pressure, just pure fun.
Classes for Every Age
We’ve got something for everyone, from tiny tots to grown-ups. Our recreational dance classes are all about keeping the energy up and the stress down.
- For little ones (3-6 years): The ‘Boogie Up’ sessions mix games and simple moves with Disney and cartoon themes. Kids build coordination and confidence, and parents often join in.
- For older kids (7-11 years): The CPYD programme balances structure with fun. Bollywood dance for kids, K-pop routines, and even a mini ‘Broadway’ experience.
- Teens & adults: Come unwind after work or college. Our open classes cover Bollywood hits, K-pop dance sessions, Femme Funk, Latin Fusion, and more. If you’re after beginner-friendly dance lessons, this is the spot.
From Studio to Stage
Some folks just want to dance, some want to perform. I help you do both. Our annual ‘Inspirations’ recital in Chennai and Bangalore brings students to the big stage, and the ‘Studio to Stage’ program is there if you want more spotlight.
