I grew up watching my amma mixing up pickles in our kitchen, so what I offer is straight-up 'Amma cheti vanta pickles' - no shortcuts, just proper old-school flavour. There's no palm oil, no preservatives, and no artificial colours. Only good sunflower or groundnut oil, and always the freshest veggies or 100% fresh, quality meat.
I don’t believe in dumping out huge batches and letting them sit around. Each non-veg pickle and even spicy Andhra podi varieties get made only when you order - 'appatikappudu prepare chestanu' (I prep fresh for every order). Veg pickles are also done in small, careful batches. In every jar, 'maa prema untundi' (there’s my love in every pickle).
We only use 'Bedigha' red chillies for that exact kick. Oil for frying is always fresh, never reused. Hygiene here is like at home, no compromise.
