I’m a sprinter first, trainer second. For me, victory isn’t just about winning what’s easy. Like I always say, namma ezhutha mudiyadhadha thaane vetriya seyyanum (we have to win what we think is impossible). That’s the energy I bring to online personal training. It’s not about quick wins, but building real strength for life.

What Online Training With Me Feels Like

  • Every plan I make is built around your goals, your lifestyle, and whatever equipment you’ve got.
  • I keep an eye on your nutrition too, not just what you do in the workout.
  • Form and technique matter. I’ll point out what needs fixing, so you avoid injuries.
  • Consistency matters more than being extreme. It’s not about crash diets or mad workouts, just showing up, every day.

What We Actually Do

  • You’ll get a mix: strength & conditioning with whatever you have at home, animal flow, some kickboxing, HIIT, and yoga. Trust me, you won’t get bored.
  • No gym? No problem. Home workout guidance is what I do best.

Hey, we’re Athletes Revolution. Started by Shantha Murthy, who’s all about sprinting, wild trail runs, and crazy obstacle courses – barefoot mountain treks too. Life’s been a mix of sweat, laughter, and family, especially after little Dhaivik showed up. We push limits, paint walls, run marathons, and believe in finding that beast inside you.
