Music is sadhana for us, not just a hobby. I see every student as part of a living tradition - Guru-Shishya parampara - where patience and discipline matter more than just talent. The quiet hours of riyaz (practice) shape everything.

What You'll Experience

• Start with the basics of swaras but move quickly into real Hindustani raga classes. We go deep into ragas like Yaman, Bageshri, and Malkauns.
• Khayal vocal training is our main focus - vilambit, drut, improvisation, all that jazz.
• Semi-classical singing lessons include Thumri, Tappa, Hori, Dadra, Ghazal - not just textbook, but how legends like Girija Devi and Begum Akhtar lived it.
• Devotional music is close to our hearts - Bhajans, Abhangs, songs of Meera, Kabir, and Lord Vitthala are all part of the mix.

How We Learn

• It’s a mixed bag - in-person in Bangalore or online from anywhere, and you can pick group classes or one-to-one.
• Age is just a number here - from six-year-olds to grown-ups, absolute beginners to those looking for serious taal and laya mastery.
• Structured riyaz, breathing, pitch, taans, all with practical guidance.

Beyond the Classroom

Performance matters. Our baithaks (intimate concerts) are where you get to sing with live tabla and harmonium, and your riyaz gets its moment in the spotlight.

Kann nei toh gaan nei - if there’s no Kanha, there’s no music. That’s how real we keep it.
