I don’t believe in copy-paste workouts. Every athlete who comes in gets a plan built just for them, whether you’re going for that national team spot or just want to crush it in your weekend league. Anyone keen to get stronger, faster, or just move better fits right in here.

How I build athletes

  • First, I run a full assessment. That means movement tests, strength checks, and spotting any weak points. This isn’t just for the pros - it’s how I figure out what you actually need.
  • Then, I design your sport-specific conditioning program. A footballer’s routine looks nothing like a badminton player’s, so your training matches your goals.
  • Sessions mix things up - explosive plyometrics, proper eccentric lifts, and targeted strength work. All designed for athletic performance enhancement and injury prevention strength training.
  • Recovery gets as much attention as the workout itself. No skipping rest days, and I help you dial in recovery so you’re not running on empty.

Special focus: youth & female athletes

  • For younger athletes: I keep it age-appropriate and fun, making sure you build a strong base without risking injury. No shortcuts, just solid youth athlete development.
  • For women: I tailor plans around hormonal cycles and specific needs. Real talk, it matters how you train, not just how hard.

Season-based training

  • Off-season is for pushing limits and fixing weak spots.
  • In-season, I keep you strong but fresh - quick sessions, loads of recovery, no burnout.

My Story

We’re Rapid Sport Fitness and Physiotherapy. Started out with sweaty outdoor sessions, now we’ve got two centers but the vibe’s still the same. People come here to chase performance, not just lift weights. Some walk in as clients, end up leading as coaches – like Josh did. We’re a bit obsessed about connection, trust, and real effort. This place is for anyone – young athletes, pros, folks who just want to move pain-free. We’re all about building you up, mind and body.
