We don’t just treat pain, we dig deeper to help you actually move better and stay injury-free. Recovery here is active, not something you just lie down for. I blend hands-on physiotherapy with real strength and conditioning so you’re not stuck in that cycle of “pain-rest-repeat.”

How I Figure Out What’s Wrong

  • Start with a full check - movement, posture, and how your joints and muscles handle force.
  • Use strength testing (yeah, with proper equipment) to spot weak links, not just guess.
  • Test your endurance and core stability with isometric holds and Bunkie Tests - this usually uncovers hidden issues.
  • Check joint mobility to see if that’s what’s actually causing your pain.

  • Athletes coming back from surgery (especially ACL rehab).
  • People playing sports like cricket or badminton who want to avoid sitting out.
  • Youngsters with growth pain or sports injuries (we look at training loads, not just quick fixes).
  • Anyone fed up with nagging pain or wanting better joint health.

What Rehab Looks Like Here

  • Hands-on stuff: Dry Needling, Cupping, Taping if needed for pain or tissue issues.
  • Focus on movement correction therapy - teaching your body safer patterns.
  • Eccentric strength training to build real tendon and muscle strength.
  • Finish off with plyometric rehab exercises for explosive power, so you’re not just “pain-free” but actually ready for life or sport.

Once pain is sorted, I make sure you know how to keep it that way. You’ll leave knowing how to warm up right, manage your training, and understand your own body better.

We’re Rapid Sport Fitness and Physiotherapy. Started out with sweaty outdoor sessions, now we’ve got two centers but the vibe’s still the same. People come here to chase performance, not just lift weights. Some walk in as clients, end up leading as coaches – like Josh did. We’re a bit obsessed about connection, trust, and real effort.
