Hey, we’re Vijay and Poornima from Quadz Fitness. Eight years back, we started off with just a dream and now, namma Bengaluru has 5 branches packed with 15,000+ folks who call us family. For us, it’s not just about dumbbells and treadmills – it’s about that real sportsmanship, the laughter during our badminton tournaments, and the trainers who push us every single day.
