At Quadz, group fitness isn’t just about burpees and jumping jacks. It’s about showing up, seeing familiar faces, and realizing you’re not in it alone. The energy in the room? Mad high. You’ll find yourself laughing mid-squat, and that’s just how we roll.

What’s On the Menu

I mix it up, because honestly, repeating the same moves gets boring quick.

  • Dance Fitness (Bollybeats & Tollybeats): Think full-on Bollywood and Tollywood tracks. You get sweaty, but it feels like a mini-celebration.
  • CrossFit & Strengthening: We get serious here - flipping tires, swinging kettlebells, all the group motivation.
  • Stepper Aerobics: Crazy cardio, choreo on steppers. Your stamina goes up, and so does your mood.
  • Yoga: Chill vibes, stretch, breathe, no pressure to touch your toes on day one.
  • Zumba: Basically a fitness party - no dance background needed, just good energy.

How the Schedule Works

Morning crew, you’re covered (8-9 AM daily). If evenings are more your thing, dance fitness goes down at 6:30 PM. Each day’s got its own flavor - Bollybeats Tuesday, CrossFit midweek, Stepper Thursday, Yoga Saturday.

The Quadzfam Vibe

It’s not just about reps. We celebrate together, from Dandiya nights to random theme workouts. Yella habba nammade (Every festival is ours) - you’ll feel it when you’re here.

My Story

Hey, we’re Vijay and Poornima from Quadz Fitness. Eight years back, we started off with just a dream and now, namma Bengaluru has 5 branches packed with 15,000+ folks who call us family. For us, it’s not just about dumbbells and treadmills – it’s about that real sportsmanship, the laughter during our badminton tournaments, and the trainers who push us every single day. Whether you’re a pro or just starting, you’ll feel right at home here.
