I started Plyo Fit because I saw too many myths floating around. People think more pain means better gains - oru thettaya dharanayanu (that’s a wrong idea). Protein shakes for every meal? Athu shariyalla (not right). My goal is simple: teach the real science behind fitness, so trainers become true coaches and not just rep-counters.
We focus on knowledge, not shortcuts. Every exercise - oru exercise cheyyumpol (when you do an exercise) - you’ll actually learn the ‘why’ behind it. Our mix is solid: in-depth online theory plus proper offline practicals. You get hands-on with everything, from dumbbells and barbells to core work and stretching. We want you thinking like a scientist, acting like an expert.
International personal trainer certification is our flagship, giving you the chance to work in gyms across India, UAE, Qatar. Courses run 1-6 months, covering exercise science, client assessment, and program design. We also run specialized courses - Dance & Aerobics Instructor, Yoga instructor certification India (NSDC associated), and nutrition and weight management course. Short functional fitness workshops and mentorships keep your skills sharp.
If you’re serious about fitness, whether you’re fresh or an experienced trainer looking to level up, you’ll fit right in. Minimum SSLC required.
You’ll leave with real confidence, deep science knowledge, practical coaching skills, and the ability to build safe, effective programs. More than just a certificate, you’ll unlock your own kazhivukal (skills).
