I think of yoga as more than stretching or fancy poses. For me, it’s a kind of martial art for the mind and body. It’s about discipline, toughness, and learning to quiet the noise inside your head. Your body’s a weapon – and I’ll help you sharpen it.

How We Train Together

  • I focus on the basics: asanas that push your limits, build real power, and help with balance. Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or you’ve done this before. If you show up ready to work, you’ll see progress.
  • Flexibility isn’t just about touching your toes. It’s about knowing your body, then safely stretching your boundaries.
  • We tackle the hardest part – the mind – with meditation and mindfulness. Building chankootam (guts/courage) is at the heart of my approach. That’s where real change happens.

Nutrition: Fuel to Perform

I don’t believe in starving or “eating less.” Weakness aavilla (no weakness here). My coaching shows you how to eat right, so you get sustained energy for training and life. We’ll create a structured yoga diet planning together, based on what your body needs.

Train Anywhere

Whether you join me in person or through online yoga coaching for beginners or advanced, I keep the intensity the same. Morning and mid-morning batches available – no excuses.

My Story

Namaskaram, Vinay here. Outreach Karate & Fitness Academy isn’t just a gym, it’s my heartbeat. Started from zero, chankootam undu (had guts), still rising, even after falling. Kerala’s Kalari spirit runs in my veins—peaceful, but ready. Martial arts taught me discipline, respect, and the joy of seeing my students—kids, adults—grow strong. My dream?
