For me, fitness is not just about sweating it out. It’s about building discipline, spirit, and a bit of that “chankootam” (guts) you need for life. I started from nothing - zero’nnanu thudangiyath (started from zero) - so I know how tough it can feel in the beginning. That’s why I build my classes for real people, not just gym pros.

What Happens in My Classes

We train together as a community. That group energy? It’s real. It pushes you to go one more rep, one more round, even when you feel like giving up. Here’s what you’ll see:

  • Functional strength training: push-ups, squats, and core work to keep you strong.
  • Cardio endurance - get your heart pumping with moves that’ll actually help you run for the bus.
  • Flexibility: we always cool down right, so you don’t walk out stiff.
  • Choose your path: General fitness, high-intensity group classes (aerobics), or CrossFit if you want to really test yourself.

Who Can Join

Doesn’t matter if you’re new or already fit - I run beginner-friendly group exercise for all ages. Ladies fitness groups in the mornings for women who want a supportive space. Kids and adults are both welcome.

More Than Just Exercise

You can’t out-train a bad diet. I’ll guide you on eating right for your goals, whether it’s losing weight or building muscle. Just remember, it’s about making better choices, not starving yourself.

My Story

Namaskaram, Vinay here. Outreach Karate & Fitness Academy isn’t just a gym, it’s my heartbeat. Started from zero, chankootam undu (had guts), still rising, even after falling. Kerala’s Kalari spirit runs in my veins—peaceful, but ready. Martial arts taught me discipline, respect, and the joy of seeing my students—kids, adults—grow strong. My dream? A team that stands tall, honored, confident. If you dream, you can do. That’s how we roll.

My Work

What we teach - Karate, Kalari martial arts classes, self-defense for women, yoga, aerobics, Crossfit, fitness, weight loss, and kids karate training.

How we train - Not just muscles—mind, discipline, character. You get stronger inside and out, with real support.

Who can join - Kids, adults, ladies, anyone wanting to compete, defend, or just get fit. Online yoga sessions too.
