That's why I keep yoga simple and real - it’s not about crazy poses, it’s about helping your whole self heal.

  • I use props like chairs, blocks, belts, and wall ropes to make every pose safe and doable.
  • Each session is tailored for your body, so you can practice even if you’ve got pain, stiffness, or you’re completely new.

  • Yoga for chronic pain relief: Manage back pain, neck pain, sciatica, slip disc, and spondylitis with gentle, supported movements.

My Story

I get it, yaar. You want to lose weight, but then shaadi ka laddoo (wedding sweets), Diwali mithai, and boom - all plans go for a toss. I share memes because, let’s face it, this is real life. Yoga was just exercise for me, till I saw it’s about healing the whole person - mind, body, all of it. Vedas say life should be balanced, and I truly believe yoga is for everyone, no matter how tough it looks. If an asana feels impossible, I’ll show you the easy way. We heal together, no drama.
