Yoga isn’t just for the super bendy or those with fancy gear. I believe anyone can find peace and strength through yoga, no matter your age, flexibility, or body type. For me, it’s about your willingness, not your shape or size.
I don’t ask you to force your body. Instead, I adapt yoga to you. We use props like chairs, belts, and blocks – not as crutches, but as tools to get the alignment and support right from the start. Whether you’re just starting out or need extra help, you’ll find ways to move safely and with confidence.
I know that sometimes yoga feels intimidating. Here, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about making a little progress every session. You show up, we work with what you’ve got, and together we move toward real, inclusive wellness practices.
