Yoga isn’t just for the super bendy or those with fancy gear. I believe anyone can find peace and strength through yoga, no matter your age, flexibility, or body type. For me, it’s about your willingness, not your shape or size.

How I Do Things Differently

I don’t ask you to force your body. Instead, I adapt yoga to you. We use props like chairs, belts, and blocks – not as crutches, but as tools to get the alignment and support right from the start. Whether you’re just starting out or need extra help, you’ll find ways to move safely and with confidence.

  • Adaptive yoga with props makes challenging poses less scary and more doable.
  • Chair yoga for seniors and anyone needing extra support is always an option.
  • If you think you’re “not flexible,” don’t worry. The props have your back (literally).

My Story

I get it, yaar. You want to lose weight, but then shaadi ka laddoo (wedding sweets), Diwali mithai, and boom - all plans go for a toss. I share memes because, let’s face it, this is real life. Yoga was just exercise for me, till I saw it’s about healing the whole person - mind, body, all of it. Vedas say life should be balanced, and I truly believe yoga is for everyone, no matter how tough it looks. If an asana feels impossible, I’ll show you the easy way. We heal together, no drama.
